Remember how awesome the bi-weekly and sometimes (at least, so it seemed) weekly shows used to be? It was always The Snails, The Mayor’s Wife, Zac Anger, Hayley Jane, and… um… crap, that band, y’know. Fractures in Fags of Fear or whatever.

Remember The Lost Ballroom? Hah, that shit was ghetto. And the downstairs RLH Shows, and Senorita Burrita? Remember recording upstairs, downstairs, further downstairs, in your basement, my basement, someone else’s garage, anywhere? Love Puppet Studios, Drama Angst Records, Angry Man Records? Remember that shit?

I’m listening to old music. This year I have to start playing again, for real. I should also really get my lazy ass down to Spoutwood, or die of deprivation. Also, probably, should stop dicking around with my phone and computer so much and play on some real instruments again. Should also probably get a job.

I’m bored, pretty much recovered from being sick but I don’t have anything to do but dick around online right now, so this is what I’m going. Deal with it, all, like, two subscribers that I have.

I put in an actual official application to volunteer at Spoutwood this year. I think I did that one year before, I don’t remember. Shit’s fancy now, website and everything. I remember, it used to be a Yahoo Group. Those sucked.

I’m forreal about the music thing, though. Even just listening to MY old shit, it makes me want to play again, and then I listen to The Snails and The Mayor’s Wife and it’s like… OH SHIT, TIME TO MAKE MUSIC.

So, who’s in? I’ll play drums, guitar, or bass. I need two other people. You have to be good.
